Automated rack plating lines and barrel plating equipment
- Automated rack plating line：The entire system is automatically controlled by a computer system to regulate plating bath time, temperature, and current density, ensuring uniform plating, strong adhesion, and stable gloss on each product. Compared to traditional manual operation, the automated plating line can process multiple sets of workpieces simultaneously, significantly increasing productivity and consistency while reducing human error and energy waste. The equipment allows for flexible adjustment of the stroke and fixture design, making it suitable for various high-appearance requirements such as chains, buckles, nameplates, decorative buckles, and bag accessories.
- Barrel plating line：Barrel plating allows product to be continuously tumbled within a barrel, ensuring uniform plating coverage of every surface detail. Through current distribution management, it effectively reduces color differences and surface defects, guaranteeing consistent quality in mass production. It is specifically designed for small parts and high-volume manufacturing needs. They are especially suitable for the batch electroplating of miniature or three-dimensional parts such as rivets, eyelets, coils, and ribbed metal parts.

Special texture treatment：
