LABORATORY
In addition to our production process, we have established a comprehensive and professional quality testing laboratory. We can conduct tests on metal materials, including their composition, durability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and structural strength. We establish quality standard in the early stages of product development, support pre-shipment testing, and ensure that hardware accessories maintain stable performance under conditions such as daily use, outdoor environments, humid climates, and repeated operations. This ensures that our products meet customer needs and international standards.
| Test categories | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Corrosion resistance test | Evaluate the stability of the electroplated coating in humid or sweaty environments. |
| Mechanical strength test | Confirm structural integrity under tension, torsion, and impact. |
| Opening and closing usage cycle test | Simulate actual usage times to test durability. |
| Appearance and color difference test | Ensure consistent color and gloss in electroplating/coating. |
| Chemical composition analysis | Test for the presence of prohibited or restricted substances (such as lead, niclel and cadmium...etc). |
Main experimental equipment
Salt spray test chamber
Test the corrosion resistance of electroplating and coating.
Aging test machine
Simulating high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, and humid heat environments, the weather resistance of coatings and materials is tested.
Torque/Tension Testing Machine
Measure the tensile strength, torque, and tension of rivets, eyelets, chains, etc.
XRF Metal Analyzer
Quickly determine the metal composition and electroplating elements, and support the detection of harmless substances (RoHS/heavy metals).
Riveting mold testing machine
Simulate the assembling process in production to test the bonding and stability of the product.
Insertion and extraction force test
Simulate the impact of the number of opening and closing operations on the snap or hook in actual use.
Abrasion testing machine
Used to evaluate the resistance of electroplated layers, coatings, or metal surfaces, simulating discoloration, scratches, coating peeling, and appearance changes after repeated friction, ensuring durability in daily use.
Color assessment cabinet
Simulates color difference performance under different light sources (such as D65, TL84, UV, etc.) to check the consistency of electroplated color and paint color under various types of light and to determine color deviation.
Microscope
Used to inspect the details, cracks, holes, burrs and processing defects of electroplated and coated surfaces, and to help identify the source of defects and process stability.
