金屬表面處理方式簡介

painting 烤漆
經高溫烤箱,增加色彩亮麗及其硬度,且可耐高溫,其厚度較厚,使金屬表面不易氧化。惟生產時須以人工排列,單位成本高,有死角存在時會使某些部位無法上漆。
Spray Painting
  1. After curing in the oven, colors will be saturated
  2. Coating is hard and can protect the hardware from oxidation
  3. Higher cost due to 100% manpower to place the items on fixture
  4. Hidden areas can’t be covered with the paint
dye 粉體塗裝
利用微量噴漆在滾通內塗裝,故可均勻上漆,且整桶處理較便宜,惟附著力較差,色彩較不艷麗,而且高溫加硫后,其淡色系的色彩會有變黃的現象。
Powder Coating
  1. Materials will be colored in a barrel tank with small amount of paint added several times
  2. Most of the Hidden areas can be covered with paint
  3. Color tone is not as bright and shiny
  4. Adhesion is not as good as spray painting
  5. Light colors will get yellowish after some time
anodizing 陽極處理
只限于鋁質的材料,利用類似染色的方式,使顏色有類似透明的感覺,惟每一成品都稍有色差。
Anodize
  1. Only for aluminum products
  2. Similar with dying process
  3. Colors are transparent
  4. High chance of color variation
electrodplating 電鍍
為最廣泛使用的處理方式,分水電、吊電、真空電鍍等,尤以水電為大宗,可制成各種色系,如古銅、亮面、霧面乃至純金、純銀、鉻、鈦..等特殊金屬均可附著于原金屬表面,但因使用化學藥劑多,故較容易污染環境,而真空電鍍雖有鏡面之光滑,但不耐接擊,極易碎裂。
Plating
  1. Most common treatment for hardware
  2. Barrel plating is mostly for small and less expensive products
  3. Hang rack plating is usually for big and luxury products
  4. PVD plating layer is thicker and can display with higher quality look
polish 刨光
使表面產生絲狀,以表面其質感,也可先刨光後電鍍,可產生極亮麗之光澤。
Polishing
  1. Make the hardware surface more shiny after plating
  2. Another way is to make the hardware surface with “brushed” effect
coloring 注漆.注波麗
有凹處注入有顏色的漆或波麗,以達分色之效果。
Color & Poly Injection
  1. To have multi colors on one surface area
  2. Poly can make the colors have the 3D look
painting 印刷+PU(波麗)
在平面或曲片印刷分色後,再其表面利用表面張力注入透明PU(或波麗)以增加其價值及美觀。

diamond1 laser 鑽石雕刻
利用有外鑽石刀、高速旋轉、雕刻產生金屬原色的光澤
雷射雕刻
利用鐳射光、雕刻于金屬表面,產生圖案或字形。
