烤漆
經高溫烤箱,增加色彩亮麗及其硬度,且可耐高溫,其厚度較厚,使金屬表面不易氧化。惟生產時須以人工排列,單位成本高,有死角存在時會使某些部位無法上漆。
Spray Painting
- After curing in the oven, colors will be saturated

粉體塗裝
利用微量噴漆在滾通內塗裝,故可均勻上漆,且整桶處理較便宜,惟附著力較差,色彩較不艷麗,而且高溫加硫后,其淡色系的色彩會有變黃的現象。
Powder Coating
- Materials will be colored in a barrel tank with small amount of paint added several times
- Most of the Hidden areas can be covered with paint
- Color tone is not as bright and shiny
- Adhesion is not as good as spray painting
- Light colors will get yellowish after some time

陽極處理
只限于鋁質的材料,利用類似染色的方式,使顏色有類似透明的感覺,惟每一成品都稍有色差。
Anodize
- Only for aluminum products
- Similar with dying process
- Colors are transparent
- High chance of color variation

電鍍
為最廣泛使用的處理方式,分水電、吊電、真空電鍍等,尤以水電為大宗,可制成各種色系,如古銅、亮面、霧面乃至純金、純銀、鉻、鈦..等特殊金屬均可附著于原金屬表面,但因使用化學藥劑多,故較容易污染環境,而真空電鍍雖有鏡面之光滑,但不耐接擊,極易碎裂。
Plating

- Hang rack plating is usually for big and luxury products
- PVD plating layer is thicker and can display with higher quality look

刨光
使表面產生絲狀,以表面其質感,也可先刨光後電鍍,可產生極亮麗之光澤。

有凹處注入有顏色的漆或波麗,以達分色之效果。

在平面或曲片印刷分色後,再其表面利用表面張力注入透明PU(或波麗)以增加其價值及美觀。

利用有外鑽石刀、高速旋轉、雕刻產生金屬原色的光澤
